Key Responsibilities:
- Set up supplier accounts, processing invoices and ensuring account details are accurate and up-to-date
- Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations across all accounts
- Working with the construction team to provide regular costing updates
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Working within the wider team to ensure accuracy across accounts data
- Set up new customer accounts and process invoices as required
- Build and maintain great rapport with company staff and clients
- Provide support in general office administration as required
- Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a CPA or CMA certification is desirable.
- Proven experience in financial management, within the construction or property development industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks and Jobpac experience is a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
