Accounts Payable/Receivable Administartor

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up supplier accounts, processing invoices and ensuring account details are accurate and up-to-date
• Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations across all accounts
• Working with the construction team to provide regular costing updates
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Working within the wider team to ensure accuracy across accounts data 
• Set up new customer accounts and process invoices as required
• Build and maintain great rapport with company staff and clients 
• Provide support in general office administration as required
• Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Candidate Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a CPA or CMA certification is desirable.
• Proven experience in financial management, within the construction or property development industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks and Jobpac experience is a must. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
