Position Overview
We are currently in search of a talented HR Administrator & Executive Assistant to join our team.
As a newly created role, the HR Administrator & Executive Assistant will be a significant addition to our team, providing invaluable expertise and coordination within human resources and executive leadership.
You'll be the cornerstone of our executive team, offering invaluable administrative support that keeps our operations running smoothly day in and day out. From managing HR functions to ensuring meetings are well-prepared and communication flows seamlessly, your role will be diverse and essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support and Coordination: Streamline leaderships schedules, actively participate in various activities including meetings while also managing communications and requests to maximise the managements efficiency and productivity.
- Human Resources: Accurately and efficiently perform general HR administrative duties
- Recruitment: Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, preparation for onboarding paperwork, generating employment contracts and overlooking probation reviews.
- Employment Hero: Maximise the utilisation of our HR management tool by taking ownership of the development and maintenance of all records and functionality in Employment Hero
- Meeting facilitation: Preparing meeting agendas and recording notes and actions from Leadership team meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years of experience within a HR and/or administration role
- Possess strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and SharePoint Online
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work effectively under time and work constraints with minimal supervision and tactfully with all levels of management.
