Sahib Transport is one of the largest Interstate Road Freight Transport services provider. This role requires a good understanding of Admin / Accounting functions to ensure the accuracy of the following responsibilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Month End transactions
- Receipting using Xero and Translogix (Wisecloud)
- Intercompany Accounts
- General Ledger transactions
- Creating procedure and policies in accounts
- Assist admin staff
- General Admin tasks (working alongside another Admin Person)
Qualifications & Experience
- Working in a Team Environment
- Working Autonomously
- Computer Literate - Competent in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Xero & Translogix Experience desirable but not necessary
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Accounting (Preferably in Australia)
- Advance Certificate / Associate Diploma in Accounting
- Working towards Degree in Accounting or Graduated
