About the Company:
My client, a large subcontractor of aluminium contracts has been delivering exceptional services across Sydney for years. Supplying quality services and products across Sydney’s construction sector. They offer a collaborative environment promoting a positive culture. They are looking for Accounts Assistant to join their office located near Fairfield East.
About the position:
Reporting into the Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the team. Being responsible for all bookkeeping and accountant requirements including;
end to end payroll, superannuation & payroll tax
Reconciliations
BAS Payments
General admin duties
AR
Preparing invoices
Previous experience:
Have a good understanding & experience in the above duties
Min of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail and exceptional time management is a must!
Self-motivated with the ability to work with a close-knit team
