Accounts Clerk

Ozcar is one of the largest Used Car Dealerships in NSW.  We now have dealerships in VIC, QLD and will be expanding in the near future.  We have now expanded to include an Off Road and 4WD Centre.

Out office environment is fast paced, friendly and there is always something new to learn.

We are looking for a strong candidate to join our Administration Department and your main responsibilities will include:

Oz Off Road - 

• Processing of Creditors Invoices
• Ensuring Creditors Invoices are paid
• Reconciliation of Creditors Statements
• Process and reconciliation of bank statement

Ozcar

• Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Daily Cashflow
• Cash Banking
• Monthly vehicle stocktakes which includes Interstate travel
• Relief Switchboard (Lunch and late shift)

Skills & Experience

• High Attention to Detail
• Current Licence is Essential
• Must have own transport
• Experience in Reconciliations and/or similar roles
• Experience in MYOB is essential
• Ability to work within timeframes and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with managers and staff on all levels
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
