We are currently seeking an accounts assistant/administrator to join us at our Australia Headquarters in Henderson, WA.

You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions and clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing/issuing customer invoices and credits
• Processing invoices from suppliers
• Reconciling monthly credit card expenses
• Entering inventory from production into the system
• Processing and verifying stock movements
• Recording inter-company transactions
• Filing
• Preparing accounting documents
• Responding to queries in a timely manner
• Ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required

•  Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
• Ability to prioritise work and work with strict time constraints
