Designer Staircases is one of Sydney’s leading manufacturers of staircases, based in Prestons, Sydney (near Liverpool). We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of processed and custom designed staircases and balustrades.
About You
- Have great organisational skills and are able to prioritise your own work.
- Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts and account processes.
- Are able to multi-task successfully
- Respect the confidentiality requirements of this role.
- Currently live in Sydney, Australia and are ready to start work ASAP.
About The Role
- Assisting with all aspects of both accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling credit cards
- Reception duties including answering phones and client enquiries
- Relief payroll when manager on leave
- Ordering of supplies when required
- The role hours are 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday working from our Prestons head office
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years in accounts payable/receivable
- Certificate in Financial Services or similar
- Strong computer & MS Office skills
- Previous experience with Reckon Accounts Hosted preferrable
