Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments.
- Processing of client account applications
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
