Accounts Clerk - Start Immediately!!!!

Due to exciting organizational growth that will extend into the next two years plus, this highly successful proudly owned Australian manufacturing company is looking for a superstar to join the Accounts team!!!!!

You will be a well-rounded and self-motivated individual who will hit the ground running and have a very good general understanding of the accounts process. You will have clearly demonstrated experience in an accounts administration role and have excelled in this area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Invoice management and processing
• Follow up overdue accounts
• Provide support to accounts using your Accounts Payable, Receivable and reconciliation knowledge
• Handle invoicing and send weekly invoices and statements to clients
• Review and process supplier payments
• Prepare and submit BAS reports
• Investigating and resolving all customer and supplier enquiries
• Maintain customers' accounts, credit claims/notes and credit applications
• Provide administration support to the Manager and other team members

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar accounts and administration role
• Previous experience with SAP and Excel highly desirable
• Strong administration skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• You enjoy seeing the task through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your team
• Attention to detail is crucial while meeting the expectations of this high-volume role within a dynamic work environment
