Accounts Clerks

About us: 

W Street Food Pty Ltd is a restaurant/catering company located in Cabra-Vale Diggers Club. 

Due to significant company growth, we seek an experienced accounting clerk to join our team on a part-time basis (potential to full-time) to assist the accounting manager.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily/Weekly counting & reporting of sales
• Assisting in accounts payable: Collect all purchase invoices, check, and record all invoices
• Assisting in accounts receivable: Issue sales invoices and reconcile with the general ledger
• Maintain daily cash flow and weekly management reports: Record and reconcile all sales and petty cash expenses weekly and all other relevant expenses

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least one year of relevant working experience
• Students/Graduates welcome to apply 

Skills

• Solid Background and advanced skills in accounting or a similar field
• Strong and proven MYOB experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills(mandarin speaking preferred)
• Organized and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
• Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
• The ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas, knowledge share, and think ‘outside the box.
