We are currently seeking an Accounts Managerto join us full time in our Head Office located at Gepps Cross. This is a great opportunity to join a successful national company with 26 branches across Australia.
Experience in the Refrigeration/HVAC industry is preferred, as is a proven track record in building customer relations, achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Monitor and follow up sales leads
- Maintaining existing client base
- Source new customers and build on current customer database
- Monitor and report on competitor and market activity
- Ensure customers are given updated information and sales promotions
- Monitor/ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with special quotes/prices.
