Accounts Officer - (25 Hours Per Week|5 Hours Per Day)

As one of the fastest growing Kia dealerships in Australia, a newly created part-time role for an Accounts Receivable Officer has arisen to join the Admin Team at CMG Adelaide.

The Role

• Reconciliation of daily bank statement;
• Accurate allocation of customer payments;
• Account management and timely debt collection;
• Daily processing of banking;
• Attend to debtor enquiries via email or phone;
• Regular communication with internal and external customers;
• Other day-to-day administrative tasks as required;

Skills Required

• Experience in an Accounts Receivable role would be an advantage, however not essential;
• A strong background in administration, would also be beneficial;
• Discipline for process and procedure;
• High attention to detail and accuracy, including strong numeracy skills;
• Strong time management and organisational skills;
• Team orientated individual with ability to apply a degree of autonomy.
