About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Officer for an exciting fixed-term opportunity lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension. This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and accounts payable tasks
Handle dispatches and receivals efficiently
Professionally manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Generate and process purchase orders as required
Maintain effective communication with both customers and suppliers
Perform general administration duties to support overall operations
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Possession of a valid drivers license
Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
Eligibility to work in Australia is essential for this role
