Your new role

Taking care of all financial transactions, you will have the opportunity to expand on these duties in the future as your knowledge of the business and processes expands:

• Daily transactions and Bpay files
• Preparing and loading manual payments
• Prepare and load payroll
• End of month preparation
• Bank accounts reconciliation
• Reconcile supplier statements and chase missing invoices
• Assist with budget preparation

What you'll need to succeed Experience in an all-round accounting support or bookkeeping position will set you up well in this role. This role has a broad scope of duties and has the potential to assist more, working with external accountants.
