Accounts Officer

Your New Company/Role: As one of the established and rapidly growing organization, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their growing team, due to their remarkable track record and growth in their business based in Chatswood. This is a permanent full time position.

This person must have great exposure in working with client portals, contracts management and dealing with invoices - similar to the billing environment would be highly advantageous. About the Opportunity / Responsibilities: Reporting into a supportive and nurturing Manager. Your duties include: Dealing with quotes and job numbers on Sympro system Uploading job numbers and POs to the system Uploading contractor invoices/claims to client portal (PayApps) with all appropriate backup paperwork Updating client details etc Raising claims/invoices to clients based on the quotes Contracts management Assist within other finance duties
