As the Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for recording high quality financial data in an accurate and timely manner, and be working within a large finance team with a fun and inclusive culture.
Please note: This role will be a 3-month maximum term contract at 0.6 FTE.
What will you be involved in:
- High volume processing of accounts payable, ensuring correct allocation, account coding and authorisation in keeping with payment dates
- Accounts receivable, including invoice distribution and debtor management
- Assisting with Group email inbox as required
What we would like from you:
- Experience with high volume accounts processing
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience with ERP applications (desirable)
