As an Accounts Officer at W'Gusto Supermarkets, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions, budgets, and financial reporting. As an Accounts Officer/manager your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining key accounting ledgers by recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions, posting to various general ledgers, balancing accounts, creating payments, and handling daily banking activities.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of reports and communicating with store administrators.
- Demonstrating strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Proficient in basic accounting procedures and principles.
- Must be experienced with MYOB.
- Skilled in accounting software usage and administration.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and quantitative skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
- Retail experience is advantageous.
