Mission: We’re redefining support for disability and aged care in Australia by helping people who are aging or living with disability to connect with independent support people in their community.
The Accounts Officer will perform a comprehensive range of accounting services including, assisting and providing a back-up on Accounts Receivable. This position provides financial accounting and management services to other finance department members in support of the Finance Department, and undertakes additional duties and projects as required.
- Daily allocation of payments received.
- Prepare Bulk Claim files for Plan Managers
- Contact Support Workers re: failed payments and reprocess payments
- Void timesheets
- Amend invoices as required
- Ensure all customer payments are allocated in a timely manner.
- Solve problems related to claiming payments through NDIS/HCP funding.
- Solve problems related to failed payments and timesheet errors.
- Preparation and roll out of Bulk Upload files for Partner Organisations
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce.
- Provide support across multiple roles within Finance when required
- 2+ years experience in either Accounts Payable / NDIS Plan Management / Banking Sector.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of NDIS funding will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to Accounting software would be advantageous (Xero, SAP)
- Exceptional problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Ability to build exceptional relationships with customers, colleagues and Disability/Aged Care Providers.

Role Location
