Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Location: Park Ridge, QLD 4125

Pay Rate: $27.52 per hour (base rate) + Overtime as applicable + Superannuation

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Are you a confident and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with a knack for problem-solving and accuracy? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Park Ridge, QLD, to work with a group of companies with a complex makeup.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions for multiple companies within our group, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Utilize creative problem-solving techniques to address challenges that arise throughout the day
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with a proactive and strategic approach
• Process incoming payments and allocate them correctly across various entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of transactions for each company
• Generate insightful reports on accounts receivable status, providing actionable recommendations for improvement across the group

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to think outside the box and apply innovative solutions to complex problems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
• Experience working with multiple entities or within a complex group of companies is highly desirable
