Job description
Our client, a leader in the Healthcare industry, is seeking an Accounts Officer to their high performing finance team on a full-time permanent basis located in the inner Melbourne CBD suburbs. The purpose of this role is to maintain a high level of accurate volume accounting support to the wider finance team. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders supporting multiple business units across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing of invoices, staff expenses and other associated payments
Reconciliation of accounts
Assist the wider finance team with various duties where required
Supporting the central finance team with banking and creditor payment queries
Allocation of credit and debit invoices
Processing the administration of refunds
Weekly and mothly payment runs
What we are looking for:
High level of computer knowledge and experience in using accounting software
Professional communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a can do approach
High attention to detail
