We have an opportunity available for the right candidate to join our finance team in a newly created Accounts Officer role. This role will be part time. 5 days a week, 5 hours per day.
You would be joining our Financial Controller and Finance Assistant in managing the day to day operations of the department. Along with that, a number of projects are on the go, which may present opportunities for you to identify and contribute to delivering improvements for the business.
As the Accounts Officer we would be seeking someone with experience in finance department operations such as accounts receivable and accounts payable management, payroll processing along with general administrative support.
It is important for the right candidate to show:
- a good attention to detail,
- be understanding and supportive when dealing with stakeholder enquiries,
- task orientated with being able to prioritise and manage time appropriately,
- a good working knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting packages. The business uses PRONTO ERP software, so existing experience would be advantageous.
