This role within our Finance team plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional patient care, working to ensure our Patient's treatment payments have been receipted and claimed accurately and on time. Reporting to the National Billing and Collections manager, you will work within the team to:
- recover billings and collection of debts;
- accurately invoice and receipt payments;
- receipt payments in accordance with company protocols; and at all times,
- deliver exceptional caring customer service to patients and internal customers at Monash IVF Group.
* note: this is not an accounting role, and does not require experience in an accounting position
Are you the ideal candidate for us?
Understanding there are ups and down in reproductive health, our Accounts Team will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally you will bring the following
- Experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position
- Efficient cash handling and balancing skills;
- Working knowledge of IVF treatments (advantageous)
- Medicare protocols and processes (highly desirable)
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organisation;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of initiative and a can-do attitude
- Dynamic, flexible and adaptable
- A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Values and Principles
