Our client is one of largest FMCG enterprises in Australia. They are renowned for the quality and sustainability of their products, partnering closely with house brands such as Woolworths and Coles for the last two decades.
Due to the recent success, there is now an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join there team on a 3-month temporary contract basis with the possibility of the role going permanent. You will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller and have a range of responsibilities including:
- Monitoring the AP inbox
- Bank and supplier reconciliations
- Reviewing the AP ledger
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Monthly reporting
- Implementing process improvements
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have 3+ years experience in an Accounts Payable or similar accounting role. Prior FMCG industry experience is highly advantageous as well as exposure to procurement and advanced excel skills.
The Office is located in North Sydney and easily accessible by public transport. There is also off-street parking available.
