Accounts Payable Clerk

McArthur is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk, providing support across the next 4-6 weeks with a leading non-for-profit aged care provider. This role requires a candidate who is knowledgeable in AP processing, familiar with EPICOR and available for an immediate start! Located in Mulgrave, our client aims to provide older Victorians, their families, and carers with a full range of quality community-based services and residential homes and apartments. Successful candidates must be able to provide a valid Police Check, proof of working rights, and a copy of their Covid Vaccination certificate. Key Responsibilities: Accounts PayableProcessing of invoices and receiptsCommunicate with internal staff.Provide assistance to the accounts team and resolve enquiries.Maintain records in the database.Provide data entry.Prepare word and excel reports. Why you'd be successful: Highly organized.Clear communicator skills.Strong attention to detail.Proven track record of Accounts Payable experience.Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Prior experience using EPICOR or DocStar.Prior experience in the aged care sector.
