THE POSITION

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk with at least 1 years experience to join our growing team. 

Key responsibilities:

• End to end Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Reconcile supplier statements as part of month-end 
• Manage the monthly payments 
• Reconcile and process the monthly statements 
• Manage the AP inbox queries 
• Attending to banking
• General office duties and ad hoc tasks where required  

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has a minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Has used Xero and Legal Practice Management Software 
• Trust Account experience highly desirable
• Organised and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Works well within a team environment.
• Highly organised, and a quick learner.
