SalaryWe are seeking a full time Accounts Payable Officer with excellent attention to detail to join our team.
You will be primarily focused on completing the payable function from end to end. This position involves a very high volume of transactions that will require excellent time management skills with acute attention to detail.
The role will require:
- Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Liaising with various business and business owners regarding their invoices.
- Follow up suppliers for missing invoices.
- Monthly reconciliations.
- Spreadsheet reporting.
- General administration duties .
In order to complete your tasks you will use the following programs
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
