Accounts Payable Clerk - 3 Days Per Week

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic candidate to join an Accounts Payable team within a head office environment at Brendale 3 days a week, permanent part-time . The successful applicant will need to have experience in Accounts Payable, knowledge of general accounting concepts, be highly organised and have good communication skills.

The role:

• End to end Accounts Payable processing. 
• Reconcile accounts and liaise with suppliers.
• Raise invoices and credit notes.
• Match invoices and delivery documents.
• Checking price and quantity discrepancies.
• Understanding of GST
• Filing and scanning
• Attention to detail is required.
