Key Accountabilities
- Monitor AP inbox and attend to vendor correspondence as required.
- Process vendor bills received in NetSuite with matching purchase orders through ZoneCapture AP, follow up on discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Crosscheck vendor statements to ensure all bills are processed in a timely manner.
- Generate vendor payment runs on regular basis to ensure approved vendor bills are paid in accordance within appropriate time frames.
- Maintain complete and correct records for audit purposes, including vendor bills, payment reports, review and approval trails.
Vendor Management
- Maintain accurate vendor records in NetSuite.
- Assist with the onboarding of new vendors through Eftsure.
- Maintain complete records for audit purposes, including vendor onboarding forms, verification reports and managerial approvals.
Miscellaneous
- All bills are processed in NetSuite (accounting system) with assistance of ZoneCapture AP (built-in AP automation program)
- All local vendors are verified through Eftsure (vendor onboarding platform).
- Assist with the improvement of above programs.
- Assist with the implementation of new applications as required.

Experience
- Minimum 1 years’ Accounts Payable experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Relevant bookkeeping course or accounting degree
