The Role We are seeking a detail-orientated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts Payable processes, including ensuring accurate and timely payments, processing expenses and reconciling accounts.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Management of all payment cycle activities
Overseeing management of bank reconciliation
Coordinating vendor payments
Assisting with firm-wide monthly billing activities
Responding to internal and external finance queries
Assisting the Finance team with other ad hoc duties.
What You Offer: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. You will have prior experience in a professional services firm, along with a strong understanding of Accounts Payable principles and practices. You will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
