You will play a key role in supporting the finance team helping with managing financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and more.
Responsibilities may include:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Reconciling Corporate Credit Cards
- General accounting tasks as needed, in compliance with tax and accounting standards, privacy principles and organisational guidelines.
- Previous experience in an Accounts payable position.
- Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal literacy skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as a member of a team
