Based in Brisbane, Australia with operations at all major airports in Australia including Brisbane, Coolangatta, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, we are seeking someone to join our busy Finance team.

Role Purpose 

The Accounts Payable officer is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of our various suppliers and partners. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

The role has the following duties: 

• General data entry (speed and accuracy) of invoices into MYOB
• Coding payments and processing 
• Verify invoices against POs or other internal records 
• Liaise with suppliers, raise queries and reconcile as needed. 
• Working closely with a Brisbane-based Head Office to ensure compliance with multiple business systems

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an independent and skilled administrator, ideally with experience working in MYOB. 

There is considerable scope for training for the right individual, however at present we need someone capable of managing their own workload. 

Hours can be negotiated, and there is certainly scope to reduce this to a part time role for the right individual. 

You will be a Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident, we will not be sponsoring for this role.
