Accounts Payable Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our fast paced automotive business.

Your ability to demonstrate attention to detail with 100% accuracy, solid communication skills, sense of urgency and exceptional organisational skills, will assist you in securing this position.

Hours for this position will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Process supplier invoices and payments
Reconcile supplier statements monthly
Create purchase orders within limits
Purchase office supplies
Arrange corporate travel
Telephone enquiries 
Rotational payroll processing
General administrative support 

We are wanting to hear from people who have:
Previous administration experience
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook intermediate or advanced skills
Ability to work to month end deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
Experience with electronic filing systems
Basic knowledge of Automotive DMS systems (desirable not essential)
Proven ability to work within a team environment, with the capacity to both lend support and seek support when required
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and be motivated by attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
The desire to learn and grow within our company
Clear Police Check essential (current)
