Reporting to the Senior Accountant – your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Accounts Payable invoice processing
- Accounts Payable supplier/payment queries
- Accounts Payable supplier payment runs & scheduling
- New supplier entry
- Liaising with purchasing officer and Suppliers
- Bank Reconciliation
Preferred skills and experience:
- Pronto software experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- A positive attitude and team player
The ideal candidate will come from a mining background and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
