They are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer to join their team in Osborne Park.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer, your day-to-day duties will see you be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process. Utilising your excellent attention to detail, you will review, collate, and process employee timesheets on a fortnightly basis. As you onboard employees, you will liaise with an external HR consultant to ensure contracts are correct and the relevant awards have been applied.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing inter-company transactions
- End-to-end payroll including the calculation of commissions and allowances
- Lodging superannuation, PAYG and, state payroll tax (WA, NSW, VIC, QLD and SA)
- Onboarding and offboarding employees
- Cash forecasting
- Ad-hoc support to the wider team
Ideally, you will have experience with end-to-end Accounts Payable and Payroll processes. You will have a proactive approach to accounts, ensuring all internal and statutory deadlines are met.
