Due to the growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Accounts Payable Officer to be a member of our team. This position will be based at our head office in Spring Hill, and an immediate start is available.

We are wanting a fast learner with strong attention to detail. Someone who is honest, reliable and has a reputation for demonstrating initiative. You will be great at time management, be flexible and and importantly, be highly proficient in MYOB.

Essential criteria
- Previous administration and data entry experience
- High volume Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Professional outlook towards work
- MYOB experience essential
- XERO experience preferred but not essential
Principal duties and Responsibilities
- High volume data entry of invoices and employee expenses for multiple entities
- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of approved invoices to correct GL codes
- Allocation & processing of vendor invoices and payments
- Prepare electronic payment report for all vendor payments
- Ensuring accuracy prior to submitting payments for approval
- Employee expense reimbursements
- Account reconciliations - vendor statement review and investigation of outstanding items
- Supplier system file maintenance in accordance with company controls
- Review communications received through the generic AP email addresses and respond/distribute accordingly
- Processing patient refund payments in MYOB and bank
- Processing monthly credit card statement entries into MYOB
- Bank reconciliations for multiple entities
- Ensuring strong process controls are maintained
