Your role: Joining an organisation with long tenure and great stability, you’ll be reporting into the Company Accountant:
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure that all data entry and payment are accurate.
Complete weekly payment runs for payment of vendors.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Stock maintenance & reconciliation.
Planning & Ordering of site packaging materials
Ensure suppliers are providing the best price, quality and service for packaging material
Other Ad hoc Account & Administration duties
About you:
Experience in a medium volume Accounts Payable (3+ years) and receivable environment – ideally within a manufacturing environment
High attention to detail
Strong analytical and numerical acumen
Strong planning and prioritisation skills; Ability to multitask.
Experience with Attache Accounting Software highly desirable but not required
