SalaryCompany based in North Sydney and is currently seeking for a bright and hands on Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Accounts Payable Officer with standalone experience to join dynamic & supportive firm. This is a short term temporary role.
The Role
- Full function Accounts Payable duties
- Entering supplier invoices into the Accounts Payable system
- Checking and verifying invoices by 3 ways matching to POs
- Obtain authorisations for payment in accordance with Grant of Authority
- Processing payment runs via EFT
- Processing payment of Bank of America and AMEX
- Maintain financial information, files and records (e.g. copies of paid invoices) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ad hoc duties
- Proven end to end experience as Accounts Payable Officer
- Standalone experience
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
