About The Role
Based at Silverwater, an opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a permanent full-time position. This will include working with various business units across multiple states.
Your duties will include:
- End-to-end management of Accounts Payable including setting up new suppliers, seeking invoice approvals, matching invoices to purchase orders, and generating payment files.
- Prepare creditor statements reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and process EFT transactions – Local and Overseas
- Process expense statements
- Assist with Accounts Receivable duties as backup
To be suitable for this role:
- At least 3+ years experience with full function Accounts Payable role in an ERP system (Netsuite preferable)
- Flexible work attitude
- Exposure or experience in Accounts Receivable is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven role
- Great written and verbal communication skills along with a customer service focus
- Advanced computer skills
To be considered for this role, you will be:
- 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday with flexibility.
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
