This is a great opportunity for a self motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to join a cohesive team.

 Your responsibilities will include: 

• Process all creditor invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
• Process weekly creditor payments including creditor remittance advices, verifying accuracy, approvals and coding
• Update Accounts Payable invoice register and monitor email inboxes
• Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in raising progress claims daily
• Ensuring compliance including accurate processing of invoicing
• Maintain accuracy of data and ensuring timely resolution for payment
• Reconciliations of accounts as required

 Who you are? 

• Demonstrated 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or associated
• Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a fast paced role, able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Must be available to commence immediately
