Exciting 2 month temporary contract to support the Accounts Payable function with an industry leader!

About the opportunity

Due to some leave across the team, our client requires the support of an Accounts Payable Officer for an initial 2-month period. This is an exciting opportunity to trial a new industry and use your Accounts Payable knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Day to day duties will include:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable function.
• Reconciliations - credit card and bank account.
• Management of purchasing credit cards.
• Management of the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to any incoming enquiries.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong skillset across the full end-to-end function.
To be successful, you will have the following:

• MUST HAVE either TechnologyOne system experience, OR, demonstrated ability in quickly picking up new systems.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Meticulous attention-to-detail.
