About the opportunity

With a thorough handover and ongoing support, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to be part of a fantastic working environment in a busy team.

Some responsibilities of this role include: 

• Processing invoices through an automated workflow OCR system
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Preparing weekly EFT payments
• Reconciling and clearing internal accounts
• Liaising with internal and external customers 
• Effective management of the AP inbox
• Internal Year End reports
• Filing and all other admin duties

What we are looking for in you!

• Minimum of 2 years’ Accounts Payable experience
• Highly developed organisational and communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
• To be able to meet strict deadlines and to be able to multi-task
• Pleasant phone manner
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise your workload
• Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry would be advantageous
