The Opportunity
Eagers Automotive'sBrisbane Administration Team, located in Newstead, have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our well established Admin team. With a highly employee-centric leader, the opportunities for development are endless. This position will suit an individual who works well in a large team and a high-volume environment. Reporting to the Administration Manager, our successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the Accounts Payable function are processed and completed accurately & in a timely manner.

The Role
- Management of Accounts Payable Supplier Portal
- Dealing with Portal exceptions and rejections
- Liaising with Department Managers across the Brisbane Hubs
- Monthly Creditor reconciliations
- Weekly/Fortnightly/End of month payments to suppliers
- Prepare expenditure reports for end of month reporting
- Completing new supplier credit applications
- Creating new Supplier Accounts
- Maintain vendor accounts to ensure information is correct and up to date
- Providing support to the other account teams across the Newstead Hub
- Ad-hoc administration and general accounts-related tasks where required
About You
- Proven Accounts Payable experience
- Previous Dealership experience preferred but not essential
- Basic/Intermediate Excel Skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Time management ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
