The Opportunity 

Eagers Automotive'sBrisbane Administration Team, located in Newstead, have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our well established Admin team. With a highly employee-centric leader, the opportunities for development are endless. This position will suit an individual who works well in a large team and a high-volume environment. Reporting to the Administration Manager, our successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the Accounts Payable function are processed and completed accurately & in a timely manner.

The Role

• Management of Accounts Payable Supplier Portal
• Dealing with Portal exceptions and rejections
• Liaising with Department Managers across the Brisbane Hubs
• Monthly Creditor reconciliations
• Weekly/Fortnightly/End of month payments to suppliers
• Prepare expenditure reports for end of month reporting
• Completing new supplier credit applications
• Creating new Supplier Accounts
• Maintain vendor accounts to ensure information is correct and up to date
• Providing support to the other account teams across the Newstead Hub
• Ad-hoc administration and general accounts-related tasks where required

About You

• Proven Accounts Payable experience
• Previous Dealership experience preferred but not essential
• Basic/Intermediate Excel Skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
• Time management ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
