From humble beginnings manufacturing scales, today we specialise in Labels, Weighing Scales, Labelling Equipment, Packaging Equipment, POS Systems and Food Equipment. We are currently looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to work within our finance team. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Invoice coding and payment processing
- Supplier and bank reconciliation
- Preparation and allocation of costs to correct GL accounts
- Create and maintain suppliers
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet team deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
