From humble beginnings manufacturing scales, today we specialise in Labels, Weighing Scales, Labelling Equipment, Packaging Equipment, POS Systems and Food Equipment. Our ongoing success is down to customer service, quality products and our dedicated team of over 300 staff.
We are currently looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to work within our finance team. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Invoice coding and payment processing
- Supplier and bank reconciliation
- Preparation and allocation of costs to correct GL accounts
- Create and maintain suppliers
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet team deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
