The Role:
- Full-time permanent AP Team Lead role
- Lead a team of 9 AP Officers
- Day to day team management and project management
- Melbourne CBD location with hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the team from week to week with invoicing and stakeholder support
- Ensure the team is actively managing invoices
- Provide management and leadership to team members
- Manage all resource planning and forecasting
- Drive improvements to account payable processes
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Accounts Payable systems and procedures
- Prepare invoicing and account payable reports as required
- End of month processes and reports
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications in Business Administration/Finance or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable
- Team leading experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated high level analytical and account reconciliation skills
