Accounts Payable Team Leader

The Role:

• Full-time permanent AP Team Lead role
• Lead a team of 9 AP Officers
• Day to day team management and project management
• Melbourne CBD location with hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the team from week to week with invoicing and stakeholder support
• Ensure the team is actively managing invoices
• Provide management and leadership to team members
• Manage all resource planning and forecasting
• Drive improvements to account payable processes
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Accounts Payable systems and procedures
• Prepare invoicing and account payable reports as required
• End of month processes and reports

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications in Business Administration/Finance or relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable
• Team leading experience
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Highly developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated high level analytical and account reconciliation skills
