Due to our continued growth, Essjay Contracting has an exciting opportunity for an outgoing Plant Administration Officer who wants to be part of our close-knit team. This position will entail working closely with Maintenance Manager to co-ordinate maintenance activities of our machinery fleet, data entry, onboarding of machines to projects, and invoicing of dry hire machines. Other general administrative duties may also be required.
We are looking for someone who:
- is self-motivated, positive and energetic
- has a sense of humour
- has experience (or an interest) in the construction, mining and trade industries
- is driven to succeed with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- has a high level of communication and customer service
