Superseal Protective Coatings (SPC) is an industry leader in Waterproofing and Protective Coatings working in partnership with iconic and reputable builders across NSW & ACT.
This is a permanent Part Time position based in our Office in Revesby.
- $20 - $25 per hour + Superannuation + Leave Entitlements
- Part Time position 3 days
- 15-18 hours per week
- Monday and Thursday Essential - (3rd Day flexible between Tuesdays or Fridays)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders and order stock from suppliers for Waterproofing & Construction materials
- Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery/ dispatch from suppliers
- Enter and Reconcile Invoices for material ordered
- Conduct regular stocktake
- Monthly account reconciliation
- General admin duties
- Office House Keeping
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in an administration position (Purchasing experience highly regarded but not essential)
- A friendly, can-do attitude
- Sound computer skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience with MYOB Accounting Software highly regarded (not essential Training provided)
