The John Hughes Group has been a renowned WA-based business for over 50 years, operating in the automotive and finance industries. We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our administration team.
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- An excellent understanding of accounting processes
- Dispute resolution skills
- Excel skills (intermediate)
- Australian Police Clearance
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receipting and allocation of debtor payments
- Reconciliation and collection of debtor account
- Constant interaction with customers both internal and external
- Preparation of debtor statements
- Verifying and processing credit applications
- Reconciliation and follow up of general ledger accounts
- Administration duties as required
