The Paul-Tec Security Group is currently looking to recruit a part time Accounts Receivable Assistant to assist with our statement preparation, reminder invoices and a consistent approach to following up on overdue invoices.
About the Role
Department: Administration
Hours Required: 8.30am – 5pm
This is a part-time role, reporting to the Administration Manager. The role will be 2 days a week, with flexibility on the days you wish to do, there is also the potential to extend your hours and days in the future.
Your key responsibilities will include but may not to be restricted to:
- Receivables Collection
- Liaise directly with debtors to deliver on collections targets.
- Create credit notes.
- Call and respond to customer queries.
- Ad hoc duties and projects as directed.
- Answer the phones.
- Required to assist with the accounts team in various projects as they arise.
- Maintain the merchant and terminal register for EFT and Amex terminals.
- Any running around to the bank, post office, picking up items.
- Monthly Statements
- Offset Daily bank statements.
Experience
- Knowledge of customer billing and credit process.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of MYOB and Exo would be an advantage; however, we can train the right person.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Excellent customer service.
