AHS Group is a well-established family-owned business distributing Kubota Construction and Agricultural Equipment through a dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast of NSW. We are the largest Kubota Dealer in Australia with a dominant market position.
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to assist in the reconciliation and timely settlement of customer accounts within given collection timeframes, whilst providing exceptional service to our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is a full-time office-based role located at our head office in Ingleburn. You will join a small close knit finance team of 4 and will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Your main duties will include:
- Verify and accurately post all payments to the correct invoice/s.
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Send out monthly statements to customers and follow up for payment.
- Draft correspondence for overdue accounts and contact to request payment.
- Update and maintain customer database in a timely manner.
- Report on Aged Receivables.
- Provide quality customer service and assist customers with enquiries in an efficient, positive and professional manner.
- Provide assistance to other team members to ensure a prompt response to all customer enquiries and other related duties as required or assigned.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful I this role you will need:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Previous collections experience, and the ability to build good relationships with customers to ensure the accounts are kept up to date.
- Strong computer skills.
- Well organised, able to deal with large volumes of transactions.
- Be a self-starter, able to resolve issues and obtain information independently.
- Clear communication skills, proven ability to convey information in both verbal and written formats as appropriate for the needs of the target audience.
- A self-starter, who looks for work and offers assistance to others when their own tasks are up to date.

The working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break and the salary will be $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 + Leave Loading + Super gross per annum depending on experience and skill level.
