AddressEssjay Contracting Pty Ltd is a Civil & Mining Construction company based in Gracemere, QLD and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable / Payroll Officer, to join our team.
Duties may include day to day administration, Accounts payable processing, data entry, Payroll processing and running reports, maintaining filing systems and liaise with outside agencies.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, employee who has an exceptional attention to detail and is eager to join our friendly and innovative team.
Training for the successful applicant will be provided, however previous experience is advantageous. To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of computer proficiency and accuracy, particularly using Microsoft programmes including Excel & MYOB Accountright
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team, customers, other trades and organisations.
- Be proactive, and organised on all work tasks, and complete work in the allocated time frame.
- Strong work ethic, and can-do attitude.
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving ability.
